Michael’s Story

Michael was 1 1/2 years old when he was brought to the boys’ orphanage in 2010.  His mother was emotionally ill and poor and unable to care for him.  She had to be medicated with psychiatric drugs causing Michael to have trouble acclimating and emotionally developing.  At the home he required much needed attention and reassurance.  He was delayed academically and needed extra help.

Over the years he has become a confident, happy boy with leadership qualities.  He loves riding the bicycle the boys share and wants to become a teacher when he grows up.
